What does "liability" mean?

Liability refers to who is responsible for the shipment after it has been sent. Once your order is dispatched, responsibility transfers to the buyer. I’m not liable for loss, theft, damage, or delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

If you choose a cheaper shipping method that clearly states no liability, any items lost or stolen after dispatch will not be reimbursed.

What does "shipment tracking" mean?

Shipment tracking means a tracking number is provided, allowing you to follow your package during transit and contact the carrier if issues occur.

Cheaper shipping methods that state no tracking do not include a tracking number. Without tracking, shipments cannot be traced or investigated, and lost or stolen items cannot be refunded.

What about customs fees and import taxes?

Customs fees and import taxes are charges imposed by your country when a shipment is imported from abroad. These costs are determined by local authorities and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

I’m based in Germany, so orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs fees or import taxes.

Buyers are fully responsible for paying any applicable customs fees, import taxes, or handling charges. I’m not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs caused by customs processing or refusal to pay these fees.

Can you sign the prints?

Yes, I’m happy to sign prints upon request. If you’d like your order signed, please leave a note at checkout or contact me directly after placing your order.

Can I commission you?

Of course! My commission status is always kept up to date on wonderl.ink/@fylkesveg. If you’d like to stay informed about openings, you’re welcome to join my Discord server.

I’m happy to take on sticker and keychain commissions, as well as other design work ... even if the commission type isn’t explicitly listed in my pricelist.
